My Story

Navigating through our day-to-day lives is tasking enough already; navigating through the ins and outs of your health and wellness shouldn't be an obstacle-filled uphill climb too.

Unfortunately, I have found that this is still the case today. Even after +15 years of studying and working in the health and wellness field, I have found that working out is still widely viewed as inaccessible and unapproachable. This observation is much more real for women. In my experience, roughly 95% of women that come to me for training are working out for the first time.

From the energetic and experienced to the beginner, these three workout structures have something for everyone. I specifically put together these three different options to cater to women of all backgrounds so that every woman can find something that fits her personality.

Each of these options comes with a meal plan, supplement, and grocery list to maximize your results from training.

Trina's Boot Camp

This four-week program is full of energy and about 25 workout partners! Classes are Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6 am or 5:30 pm for one hour, where we all workout together. This class uses a combination of functional training and specific exercises designed to build muscle, burn fat and ramp up your metabolism. This program includes before and after measurements to track your progress.

$185/month

This four-week offering comes to your email inbox three days a week so that you can put in that work when it works best for you! This workout structure is perfect for those of you that need, or prefer, to workout from the comfort of your own home. You can also take these workouts with you into the gym if that is to your liking! Watch video tutorials to get familiar with the movements and then get to work!This offering comes with a Meal Planning outline and a Shopping List service tool!

Your health & wellness is a full package deal, so the work does not stop once your exercise is through! The decisions you make in the kitchen have a huge impact on the results you see. I offer a meal plan service for those that train on their own but need help balancing nutrients for muscle growth and fat loss. I can also cater the meal plans to your dietary needs, preferences and/or restrictions. Even if you do not train with me this service is available for purchase.

Skip to today~ I lost 16 lbs, 8% body fat and 22". I am a smaller person, so this was HUGE on my body. I will be 60 years old next year and feel like I am 30 years old again!! I am a believer! I started Trina's bootcamp over 1.5 years ago. I was not in a good place mentally or physically. I had gone through menopause and had no energy and gained 15lbs. I felt horrible about myself and it affected my entire life. I have always been athletic and worked out so this was all new to me. I joined her Boot Camp 4 years ago, thinking she would kick me in gear for my big Wedding day. It was tough at first, but I got stronger each session and saw my body transform. Trina not only has an amazing work out plan 3 days a week, but she works out along side you!! And the group of ladies is phenomenal. It’s a low impact workout with high rewards and you choose how much your own body can do without hurting yourself. Cardio and free weights. That’s it! Oh.. her Friday Circuit days are the best.
